Electronic Board, Device and Platform Design
ARDE offers its experience in Electronic Card, Device and Platform design to the companies. Using 8-16 or 32-64 bit architecture processors in its designs, ARDE can develop embedded systems on any processor specified by the customer. In this context, it offers its customers the unique ability to make processor independent designs.
ARDE has the capability of designing hardware that can run Windows and Linux operating systems on it. INTEL and AMD are processors that we use in x86_64 architecture. X86_64 architecture hardware target designs are designed by considering End-user, Server, Corporate and Military standards.
x86_64 architectural designs are generally hardware on which high performance operating systems run. Examples of these operating systems include Windows, Windows Server and Linux distributions. In x86_64 architectural systems, the core support can go up to 88 Core, starting with 2 Cores.
ARDE is also able to develop in SoC and FPGA based embedded systems.
System on Chip (SOC) is a platform that can contain the parts in a computer and dominate all the components on a single chip. A SoC platform; It contains gigabit Ethernet, image processing, Sata interface, USB, DRam, SDRam, XOR Nand and Flash Nand technologies.
Generally, SoC systems have 2 to 4 processor cores, with 1.2 to 2.2Ghz processor clock frequency speeds. Thanks to these speeds and the peripheral interfaces it offers, it is no different from a computer. According to SoC systems architectures, there are Android, Windows, Linux, Unix, VxWorks, Integrity RTOS operating systems.
SoC solutions are often used in applications such as multimedia, image processing, networking and server. I.MX series Soc systems are application processors manufactured by NXP. It contains 1 cortex A series multi-core processor and one Arm Cortex M series conventional processor.
I.MX series systems have processor frequency between 900MHZ and 1.2GHZ and are frequently preferred in automotive, industry and end-user sectors.
ARDE develops I.MX6 solo core platform in cooperation with NXP. Thanks to the core platform, desired peripheral units can be integrated into the core platform in a scalable way. In this way, project times are shortened, costs are reduced, and processor design errors that may occur are prevented.

Electric Vehicle Charge Systems Design
As ARDE, we prevent our country's dependence on foreign countries in this sector by designing and developing charging systems, which are an important requirement for electric vehicles.
We have started using our Electric Vehicle Battery Management System capability in low-power lithium-ion battery charging systems since 2018. The feedback we have received from both the industry and our customers recently has led us to develop products in the field of electric vehicle charging systems. This sector is very compatible with our current achievements and it is within our vision to minimize our country's dependence on foreign countries in this area.
Within the scope of this vision, we design and develop certified AC and DC charging stations based on Mobile (IOS/ANDROID) application and payment system, in compliance with the TS EN/IEC 61851 standard.
We also carry out the PCB designs of the charging station cards, which are designed and developed within the framework of quality assurance and control principles throughout the project life cycle, within our own structure. We use ARM Architecture products that are accepted worldwide in our designs.
Our core approach is to provide sustainable, cost-effective charging systems solutions that comply with requirements and meet performance requirements.

Process & Instrumentation Software
Today's competitive conditions and increasing requirements for industrial applications, productivity needs have made process-oriented follow-up and analysis processes indispensable. Control processes have spread to every stage of production and it has become as important as production to monitor efficiency, energy and workforce.
Classical systems; While examining the ratio of inputs and outputs or the energy used, the produced values, the modern industrial systems developed, the time lost in the workforce, the control of energy efficiency, the variables caused by environmental factors, the minimum cost and maximum benefit principles, instrumentation and accordingly the process control concepts have become important.
Instrumentation provides the necessary data for process control, so that the variable nature of production costs and the effects of these inputs on each other can be examined. In this way, standardization in production can be achieved.
The larger the transactions, the more values to be controlled, the more inputs will be needed.
Instrumentation will be needed at this point. Precise measuring devices and methods enable more accurate decisions to be made, lower cost and more efficient production.
Inputs can be examined in real time as well as in certain periods. By monitoring the electrical power used by the production machines, the balance of power needed and the power used, and the current efficiency of the operator, these inputs can be transferred to the control device, forwarded to the main center from there, and presented to the decision-making mechanism. In this way, while the cycle time can be controlled very fast, this information can also be evaluated in hourly, daily, weekly or monthly reports.
In summary, Process Control and Quality Management operate simultaneously and provide continuity throughout the product life cycle.
